I'm Back!!
Well, after a rough week, I am back. And what better way to come back, than to do it on Controversial Cartoon Day! Now, I bet you think you know what cartoon I'll do. You think I'm gonna do a WWII cartoon, don't ya? Well, your wrong. I'm gonna do an actual bad cartoon, one that deserves controversy. This comes from one of the wackiest shows to be hallucinated. That show is, or was, called Ren And Stimpy. To understand it, go to a video store. Buy a DVD of this show, then drive to a drug store. Buy whatever you find then drink it. Once you're drunk, watch the show. Then, and only then, will you understand Ren And Stimpy. Now, while all of this show was mad, sometimes certain points broke your mind. Why did they drive you to insanity? Because these moments combined adult concepts to the edgy, insane show. Combined together, these moments overloaded your braincells. But what if they actually made a whole episode like this? Well, they did, and that's what I'm reviewing. So, this is "Man's Best Friend." The episode begins with a man named George Liquor buying Ren and Stimpy. He takes them home and lets them stay in his fishbowl. George then puts the two into rough training programs to house train them. That's where this gets disturbing. The man starts to make the two lay their waste on a newspaper. Next, he tells his pets not to sit on his couch. And to enforce the message, he makes them sit on it. It then rolls down the large mountain to psycho town. He give Ren 40 bucks as a punishment. Then, George trains Ren and Stimpy on guarding the house. He commands them to beat the man up. While Stimpy says no, Ren is all to happy to oblige. He beats up his master with an oar for all the verbal abuse he's gone through. When George Liquor recovers, he tells the pets that they past his test. So, the show ends happily, as the trio chew on lawn cigars. Well, what should I say about this? Once I watched it, I felt mentally disturbed. It's odd, crazy, but lets talk about the controversy. This was banned on Nickelodeon for George's verbal abuse and Ren's violent attack on his master. Personally, I agree. The attack was very brutal and descriptive, and I always thought George was just about to kill his pets. So, I give "Man's Best Friend" a 2 out of 5. If you enjoy seeing drunken images, I recommend it. If you enjoy people getting beat down and animals getting horrified, I recommend it. For anyone who is sane, steer away from this.
